Mental Health Program
We provide patients with both mental health diagnoses and help with physical medical needs in a dedicated, secured environment. A caring, trained staff will be available for your loved one, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Orchard Health & Rehabilitation also can assist with the educational support and peace of mind for family members in understanding your loved one's diagnosis.
Telemedicine Services
Eliminating the need to travel long distances for specialty care or follow-up visits, telemedicine provides real-time interaction between the patient and physician or specialist for routine appointments and checkups. The virtual consultation takes place in a private area or room within the center and includes the assistance of a qualified clinical staff member.

Rehabilitation Program
